This self-assessment allows applicants to evaluate their own alignment with the Qelvea Refined Finish Index™ prior to submitting an application for conformity recognition.
The purpose is to:
- support honest reflection
- encourage accurate evidence submission
- reduce misalignment during formal assessment
Completion of this self-assessment does not guarantee accreditation.

Each criterion is scored on a 0–20 scale.
Applicants should select the most accurate range and provide supporting notes.
1️⃣ Structural Harmony (0–20)
Definition:
Alignment of outcomes with natural anatomy, facial structure, and hair growth patterns.
