Unauthorised use is prohibited.
6. Fees & Payments
Where fees apply (including application, renewal, or unauthorised use fees):
- all fees are payable as stated
- fees are non-refundable unless expressly agreed
- payment does not guarantee accreditation
Unauthorised Use Fees represent a genuine pre-estimate of administrative and reputational costs and are not penalties.
Such fees are applied only where reasonable and proportionate in the circumstances.
7. Misrepresentation & Enforcement
Misrepresentation of:
- accreditation status
- scope or level
- regulatory standing
may result in:
- correction requests
- suspension or withdrawal
- enforcement action
- invoicing of unauthorised use fees
Qelvea Standards applies enforcement proportionately.
8. Public Register
Where applicable, accredited entities may appear on a public register.
Listings:
- indicate recognition at the time of publication
- do not constitute endorsement or recommendation
- may be removed at expiry, suspension, or withdrawal
